Ok. Put on your thinking caps. Remember when I wrote on my "Culture Wars" page that "Christ and Culture in Paradox" is frustrating for those whose theodicy is up for grabs? I should have said it is a frustrating, albeit healthy place to be, especially when someone's theodicy is up for grabs (perhaps "unconvinced because of upheaval of some kind--it happens to the best of us at one time or another). Simply put, theodicy is the question of "Who is God?", especially in light of of the next question: "And why does He allow evil to exist?"
The following piece by Michael Downey on "bricolage" is deep. Now you fellow conservatives may struggle with this, but if I were Yoda, I would advise you, "Open your inner eye, and see, you will." CH+
